Our much loved gentle & beginners level Yoga class is set to a mix of Soul Music Classics curated to uplift our Spirits, soothe our Minds, and move our Bodies. Class is for beginners/all levels and includes breathing, meditation and gentle exercises that require standing and sitting on the floor.
