The Banner Planner Event Submission Guidelines

The Banner Planner is a calendar of events for activities in Baltimore and the surrounding area. Events can be anything of interest to those who live in the region, and anybody can submit an event to be reviewed for publication.


When you submit an event to The Banner Planner, please allow a few days for the Banner team to review and post it. Once the event is approved, you will receive an email notification with the event listing and be able to edit if needed.


To submit an event to The Banner Planner, you can either post an event through the form below or suggest an event by emailing thebannerplanner@thebaltimorebanner.com. When submitting an event, please include as much information as possible about it. A good event submission has a description, a photo, a location and address, and additional links to find more information about it. Also, please fill out information on filters (event type, audience, cost, location) to help people find your event.


The Baltimore Banner has the right to refuse, remove or edit any submission. We do not accept liability in the respect of user materials published by us. If an event submission is rejected, it is because it violated the Banner’s User Materials section of our Terms of Service. You are welcome to resubmit a revised event submission after it is rejected.
